DESCRIPTION OF THE CONTEST: The Community MX 3000 Articles Drawing is a random drawing of one (1) Grand Prize winner and ten (10) runner up winners from among all visitors who visit Community MX and properly complete the online drawing entry form found at http://www.communitymx.com/3000.

HOW TO ENTER: Submissions will be accepted from February 18, 2009 1:00 AM EST through March 10, 2009 6:00 PM EST (the “Promotion Period”).

Community MX is not responsible for any errors in contest related materials, or lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete or illegible entries.

ELIGIBILITY: This contest is open to residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, Canada and any location when participation is not constrained by applicable law who are 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited by law. All winners will be required to execute an affidavit swearing to compliance with these eligibility requirements. Employees, partners and staff of Community MX, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agencies and assigns, and their immediate family members (spouse and parents, children and siblings, and their spouses) as well as individuals living in the same household of each are not eligible. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and provincial laws and regulations.

CATEGORIES/JUDGING: Community MX will choose a total of 11 winners (One (1) Grand Prize winner and ten (10) Runner Up Winners) from the registered participant(s) who properly complete the registration form by submitting their name, email address, and location, The winners will be chosen by random drawing of all successful entries on or before March 30, 2009.

Community MX Judges will determine, at their sole discretion, whether a submission constitutes complete entry. Judges’ decisions are final on all matters relating to the promotion.

PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES: The grand prize winner will receive their choice of one (1) of the following software titles: Dreamweaver CS4, Fireworks CS4 or Flash CS4(an approximate value of $300-$700 US). Winner will be responsible for all taxes, duties, and any costs and procedures necessary to procure the prize after it has been shipped to their address from our United States location. Ten (10) runner up winners will receive an Adobe T-shirt (approximate value of $20 US).

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: Winners will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, where legal, a Publicity Release within 14 days of first attempted notification. In the event of non-compliance with these requirements, Winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected at Community MX’s discretion. By entering, entrants also agree to the use of the winner’s name and likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. By entering, participants release and hold harmless Community MX, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability or injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this contest or acceptance or use of any prize.

INTERNET: Community MX assumes no responsibility for technical, hardware or software failure of any kind, for lost network connection or for garbled computer transmissions. If for any reason, programs are not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, and unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Community MX which corrupt or affect administration, security, fairness, integrity, or discretion, Community MX reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. Community MX assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of entries. Community MX is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail to be received by Community MX non account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to the participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this promotion. Community MX is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions.

PUBLICATION OF WINNERS: After the contest has concluded, the winner's name will be published on the Community MX Website.
