Click on the Design Notes option. It will display the panel below. Design notes are great "post-it" notes you can add to your files for reminders, notes, documentation and such. Some people hate them, some people swear by them, but here is where you set up if you will be using them. Also, if your notes are worthy of being shared, check off the second check box so they are uploaded to the site and other developers can download them and read them while working on the site too.

Click on the File View Columns option and you will see the panel below. This controls what the columns will be in the full page file view from the file panel. You can control the display of the panel to only include the information you would like to see.

Click on the Contribute option and you have the below panel to enable the Contribute compatibility. Contribute is a client editing tool for the web site (so they can change content, etc. on the web site) - Contribute locks certain things on the site as uneditable for the client so they don't break the site. This option enables the features and functionality of Contribute in Dreamweaver.

Click on the Templates option for the sole option for the site on templates. It is the command not to rewrite document relative paths. Don't uncheck this unless you have good reason to do so...
